Definitions

•  Cards mean valid Audio Rig Membership cards with non-delinquent accounts.
•  Card members means Audio Rig card holders issued by SudeepAudio.com.
•  Programme means the Audio Rig Card loyalty programme
•  Points are reward points awarded under the programme by SudeepAudio.com only.

 

Programme

•  The programme is a catalogue rewards programme that enables a card member to earn points on invoices raised by SudeepAudio.com on his/ her card by purchase of goods (online / offline) and services on the card and any other charges as may be included by SudeepAudio.com from time to time for the purpose of the programme. The points are redeemable against purchase of goods and services listed in the Audio Rig loyalty catalogue, which is provided to the card member by SudeepAudio.com.

•  The programme opens from April 3, 2006 till such time as may be determined by SudeepAudio.com at their sole discretion. SudeepAudio.com reserves the sole right to exclude the products and services featured in the catalogue for redemption of the points, in subsequent editions of the catalogue if any.

 

Points Accrual

•  SudeepAudio.com will award 1 point for every Rs. 500 worth of domestic / international purchases of goods / services. Points will not be accrued on charges that are subsequently reversed. SudeepAudio.com, at its sole discretion, may also award points for any other transactions either for a specific period or for specific situations/promotional schemes.

•  Points will not be awarded to card members towards transactions involving local taxes (VAT, service tax), octroi, and freight, other local levies as applicable.

•  SudeepAudio.com may modify the above list of transactions at its discretion under intimation to the card member.

•  Points will accrue to the individual card accounts in the case of eligible primary card holder.

•  No accumulation or carry over or redemption of points will be permissible, if on the relevant date any card, has been withdrawn or closed or cancelled or reinstated or is liable to be cancelled/withdrawn because it has turned delinquent or on any breach of the terms and conditions of the card member agreement.

•  The points will lapse in the event that such a card account is closed either voluntarily by the card member. Should the card account be reinstated either by the card member or by Audio Rig Privilege Cards, the card member will not get the benefit of any points accrued prior to cancellation or withdrawal or closure of the card account.

•  In the event of voluntary closure of the Audio Rig Privilege Card by a Card member, the points that are in the card account cannot be redeemed after one month of closure of the card.

•  Points accrued have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash in any form. Notwithstanding this, points can be used to settle annual fees towards card membership. A card member cannot transfer any points to another person.

•  Non-eligible persons for membership are : dealers / retailers / resellers of pro-audio products in India

Important Note : Points will not be added to your account for invoices raised by the affiliates. This is just a standard benefit being offered to Audio Rig members in the offline mode.

 

Redemption

•  Card members need to have a minimum of 30 points for redemption against products/vouchers/services.

•  All linked accounts and the card must be in good standing (i.e. not overdue or not in collection) and not cancelled or terminated by Audio Rig Privilege Cards or the card member at the time of a redemption request.

•  The points are redeemable only against products, vouchers or services as featured in the Audio Rig Privilege Card loyalty points catalogue and against any other products, vouchers or services as intimated from time to time by Audio Rig Privilege Cards under the programme.

•  All products / vouchers featured in the Audio Rig Privilege Card loyalty catalogue are subject to availability of the goods and supplier warranties / restrictions at the time of redemption. Audio Rig Privilege Card gives no warranty (whether expressly or implied) whatsoever with respect to the product / services acquired under the programme or through other partner loyalty programmes. In particular, Audio Rig Privilege Cards give no warranty with respect to the quality of goods acquired or their suitability for any purpose.

•  Selection of products offered for redemption is and will be at the sole discretion of Audio Rig Privilege Cards and is liable to change without notice.

•  Redemption orders from card members once given to Audio Rig Privilege Cards cannot be cancelled or withdrawn or changed.

•  On redemption, the points would automatically be subtracted from the accumulated points in the card member's account.

•  Goods will reach the primary card member within 4-6 weeks of receipt of the order on a best effort basis. Notwithstanding the same, SudeepAudio.com will not be liable for any delay beyond this time period.

•  The points once exchanged for any other partner loyalty programme cannot be transferred back or cancelled.

•  Orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received and accepted by Audio Rig Privilege Cards. If a card member does not have a sufficient number of points for an order, the order will be deemed cancelled. Primary card members may convert the points to any participating partners' programme launched from time to time subject to the specific terms and conditions of the partner's programme.

•  SudeepAudio.com assumes no responsibility for points converted into a participating partners' programme or otherwise wherever applicable.

•  SudeepAudio.com will not be responsible for products or vouchers stolen, damaged or lost in transit before delivery to the card member.

•  SudeepAudio.com will not be held responsible where any supplier of products offered to card members withdraws, cancels, alters or amends those products.

•  Information supplied by the card member on the redemption of certain rewards may be used by Audio Rig Privilege Cards or the service establishments that provide the rewards for administrative or marketing purposes or such other or further purpose as SudeepAudio.com may determine.

•  Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government of India or any other authority or body or any other participating establishment which may arise or accrue to the card member by redemption as aforesaid or otherwise as a result of this scheme shall be to the sole account of card member.

 

Terms and Conditions

•  SudeepAudio.com reserves the right to change and modify the terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice to card members.

•  SudeepAudio.com also reserves the right to modify wholly or in part this programme by any other programme or terminate the programme at any time without any prior notice to the card members.

•  Any dispute arising out of products or services found defective / deficient from the redemption of Points must be addressed in writing to Audio Rig Privilege Cards loyalty programme, 2nd Floor, General Assurance Building, 232, D N Road, Mumbai - 400 001, within 7 days of delivery of the goods to the Card Members. Any claim made after 7 days will not be entertained.

•  This scheme is entirely voluntary and it is understood that all charges are voluntarily incurred by a card member in the normal course of card usage.

•  Nothing therein amounts to a commitment or representation by Audio Rig Privilege Card to continue this programme or conduct further similar or other schemes.

•  The existence of a dispute if any regarding the product/services shall not constitute a claim against SudeepAudio.com.

•  Audio Rig Privilege Cards computation of the points shall be final, conclusive and binding on Card Members and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned.

•  All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection, with or as a result of this Audio Rig Privilege Cards rewards programme, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals at Mumbai.
