What is the purpose of the physical card for an sudeepaudio.com member?
Your membership card should be produced at
sudeepaudio.com affiliate outlets / stores across India (such as recording studios, instruments shops, etc.) to avail the benefits being offered.
Affiliates have a right to decline the offer in case you donot prove your membership with the physical card at the time of invoicing. Terms of the affiliate will take precedence and their decision will be final.
In case your card is broken / lost / stolen, please inform us immediately on write2us@sudeepaudio.com.
You can purchase a replacement card for Rs. 250.
Is there a restriction on the number of times I can use my card with
sudeepaudio.com Affiliates?
No, unless specifically mentioned. You can avail of the offers made by the Affiliates as many times throughout the validity period of your card. However, rules and regulations of the affiliate take precedence.
Some offers are time bound (special offers) and so, make the most of such offers before they expire.

How are the "Loyalty Points" calculated?
For every Rs. 500 spent on eligible purchases from SudeepAudio.com, you will receive 1 reward point. For example if you spend Rs. 15,000 ("net invoice amount"), you will receive 30 reward points. If you spend 22,380 (net invoice amount), you earn 44 loyalty points. These purchases are on invoice amounts raised in your name by SudeepAudio.com
If your spends exceed Rs. 5,00,000 (between the validity period of April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009), your subsequent spends will fetch you 2 Reward points for every Rs. 500 eligible purchases. Eg. Spends of Rs. 400,000 in the eligible period will fetch you 600 points for the first Rs. 5,00,000 and 200 x 2 for the next 1,00,000 spent on your card. If your spends exceed 10,00,000 in a calender year, your subsequent spends will fetch you 4 Loyalty points for every Rs. 500 eligible on purchases and so on.
Net invoice amount = amount mentioned in your invoice before taxes
Time of calculation = one financial year (April 1 to March 31)
What transaction values are "not" eligible for adding to the points scheme?
There are several taxes and duties, freight charges mentioned in your invoices raised by SudeepAudio.com. So, when you purchase some items, which have a total invoice of Rs. 12,800 (net amount of Rs. 10,000 and local taxes 2000, freight of Rs. 800); the reward points are computed on the "Net" totals only. And you earn 20 Loyalty points in this case.
How long can I keep my reward points before exchanging them for rewards?
Your sudeepaudio.com card is evergreen. However, the points need to be redeemed ANYTIME. The card would then need to be renewed on expiry by paying renewal annual membership fees applicable then.
When can I "not" redeem my reward points?
You cannot redeem your reward points when your sudeepaudio.com Card is delinquent i.e. your account has been closed for credit / performance reasons or if you have requested for a gift after cancellation / expiry of your card.
Is there any handling charge for the gifts?
There are no handling / courier charges for gifts in the new programme. The costs are borne by us. However, octroi charges, other local levies (if and as applicable) will be borne by the beneficiary.
How will I know about the reward points that I have accumulated?
You shall be informed every quarter (by email) about your reward points status in your account. Invoices raised by SudeepAudio.com will also carry information on points in your account, etc.
How do I redeem my reward points?
You can redeem your bonus points through www.audiorig.com. Just email us what item(s) you wish to redeem them against (alongiwth the item code / description). An online system is also being created for automation of your account. However, till then, the instructions for redemption must be emailed to us at : audiorig@sudeepaudio.com

Is there a restriction on the number of times I can redeem my reward points?
No. You can redeem your reward points at any time for the eligible gifts during the above mentioned period.
Can I change or cancel orders once placed for my rewards?
No changes or cancellations would be allowed once orders for a gift redemption are placed.
When will I receive my rewards / gifts?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery of rewards, unless specified otherwise. Free delivery to any address in India.
Can I redeem my reward points even after the card has been cancelled?
Redemption of reward points on cancelled / expired cards is not allowed.
Can I combine my points from different sudeepaudio.com members?
In the current system the points from different sudeepaudio.com members "cannot" be combined.
For GIVE India donations.
sudeepaudio.com will not be held responsible for any points redeemed for the special GIVE India donations. Give India has its own feedback system and shall send you the feedback as per their schedules and procedures.
SudeepAudio.com (parent company of sudeepaudio.com) will make the donation for the specific cause you choose after receiving your instructions. Your loyalty points will be adjusted accordingly and a statement will be emailed to you. You will also be informed about the use of the donation made, thanks to Give India's transparent systems.
